2014 Fall/Winter Beauty Trends

Hey everyone!
Cate has been super busy with a very important school project, so today I'll be filling in for her!
So after having already presented you with a ton of fashion trends, I figuered I should keep you posted on the beauty trends for this season as well!
So without any stalling, here they are:
Makeup
Bold Lashes
One of my personal favorites, bold lashes make you look chic, put together and instantly awake in less than 5 minutes time!
Weather you use the best mascara you can find or falsies, I'm pretty sure that hottie you've been checking out for so long won't want to stop looking at your eyes!
Dark Lips
So I will admit I'm kind of known for this one... dark lips are my "image de marque"!
The darker the better!! I've been darkening up my lipstick for years! Next step might be black... ok, kidding, kidding! Not so goth!
A good dark purple though is always a must!!
But if you want somethig softer, maybe a dark red will do?
Nude Lips
Yep, I know, seems kind of a contradiction hun?
Well, in today's world, oposites don't only attackt, but also work together, side by side.
So whether it's a peachy nude or a pinky nude or whatever you prefer and suits your skin tone, rock some naked lips this season!
The right shade will make your lips turn heads! (and yes, I just wrote that... haha)
Colorful Eyeliner
Waterlines will never be the same!
Forget about the old boring black and white!
Color is your eye's BBF!
Since we are finally in the Fall/Winter season, it's a good idea to go for darker tones. But hey, still have fun with it!
A good green or a berry color can take you look from average to trés chic!
Hair
Colorful
Seems like even though the weather is darkening up, hair locks are getting more and more exiting!
Red seems to be the color of the season, but pastels have got their way into evryone's heads!
Braided Buns
Yes, it is true that the buns have been everyone's cup of tea lately!
BUT people are starting to get more and more creative with them!
Because of that, braided buns have become everyone's favorite hair do!
Either you're into low or high buns, I'm pretty sure you can find one that suits your style just fine.
Nails
Darks
Of course, it's Fall and Winter!!!!
So dark colors and nails have to be put together! It's just fate!!
If you wanna go all out, black is your color! Chic, classic, yet very daring!
If you're more into actual color, maybe a purple? Everyone loves purple!
Nudes
Effortlessly beautiful is a great goal to have!
And this has been more and more and more in trend!
Showing your true self, not being afraid to expose your bare skin (or at least look like you are exposing it...).
And the same goes for the nails!
So even though color is definitly chic, nude nail polishes will give away the vibe that you want everyone to see your true colors!
Creative
Again with the opposites!
What can I do? Guess trends are getting bipolar!
Adding fun designs or nail jewels can definitly get your spirit up!
So get some inspirtion and go to you favorite salon!
Or if you are creative/brave, try a DIY!
