Digest The Holidays!!

Well guys, the holiday season is over!! Yap, it's true!!
But you know what isn't?? All the struggle of digesting the crazy amout of food we ate last month!! Yeah, you all feel crazy heavy and bloated, don't we?? I feel ya!!
So I went on a crazy search and found 5 natural products that promise to help making our digestive problem go away!!
Wanna know what they are?? Keep reading!!
Ginger
This is a very usual product in China! Chinese people believe that ginger has many healing properties, and we should listen to them!
Ginger has anti-inflammatory properties, it's a diabetes fighter and it can help with nausea, motion sickness and digestion, among other's.
Get about 4 to 6 think raw ginger slices and boil them in about 2 cups of hot water for 10mins (if you want a stronger ginger flavor, just add more ginger slices and/or boil them for longer).
If you want to add some for flavor to this tea, some honey (1-2 tbsp). Yummy!!

Cayenne Pepper
With anti-flu/colf, anti-irritant, detoxifying, cleansing and digestive properties, cayenne pepper is a pretty a big health helper!
Some scientist even defend it supports weight loss!!
Add a pinch of this spice to your food, or dissovle some into warm watter and drink it trought out the day.

Peppermint
A good way to finish a large meal is with some peppermint tea!
It's make your digestion much easier and it'll prevent the bloatting feeling you would have otherwise.
Plus, peppermint is really good for bad breath, people who have respiratory problems, headaches, stress and it's really good for your hair and skin(try adding some peppermint oil to your shampoo or body lotion! It helps cleansing your scalp and it cools your skin!).
Just get some peppermint leaves from your local supermarket/bio products store and boil them untill you feel like it has the right flavour for you.
You can also get peppermint tea from Lipton, but the leaves will be more effective.

Nutmeg
Known for anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties, nutmeg also has a calming action for many digestive problems, such as stomach pain.
It's very common in Indonesia, and it's also supposed to help with fatigue, insomnia and skin issues.
It's super yummy in mashed potatoes, over rice or bananas. It also goes well with peppermint tea!!

Blackberry Leaves
Yap you heard me alright!
In Mexico, they use blackberry leaves to help with indigestion and intestine problems!
It also has anti-bacterial properties.
Boil some watter and pour it over some blackberry leaves. Let it sit for 10-20mins. Drink it trough out the day.
