Work It Out!!

Is "work out more" or "finally get healthy" or "exercice and eat better" or something along those lines one of you resolutions this year?
Has it been every year for as long as you can remember?
And have you kept it up? Yeah, that's what I was expecting...
And you know what? I haven't either!!
But it's finally time we both would, don't you agree?? And what's the key to acomplish something? Many would have different and complex ideas, but I personaly think it 's actually pretty simple!! The secret is: get exited for it!!
And what get us more exited then clothes?? Right??
No, I do not mean those weird looking coats that make your neck look non existent, those pants that make you look like you gained weight instead of losing it, or those awful sneakers that look like they just jumped out of Christian Dior's nightamare!!
There's actually some pretty fashionable workout outfits that will make you want to do push ups just so you can wear them!!

Here are some of my favorites:

Can it get better than this? Black and white is a simple yet super trendy combo, and yes, it works with workout clothes as well!!
Keep the color palette simple and create a sexy yet comfy outfit that will always make you look your best while working on those abs!

If you're into color and will in no way be happy with such a monochromatic look, then please, be my gad: add all the color you want!!
I personaly love purple and for some reason I can always find the cutests workout clothes in this color, so I guess I'm not the only one to like it!!
The outfit is mostly purple and black, but the int of blue in the sneakers and the crazy pattern and mix of colors in the bag make it that much more interesting!

I now many girls just love neon colors, mostly pink, so I included this look!! It isn't my personal style, but I tdo hink it looks really good!! I'm just a bit more descrete I guess!
I've been seeing a lot of the leggings+shorts combo lately, and I actually like it (weird right? I surprise myself sometimes as well...), but you can obviously go only for the leggings or the shorts, whatever floats your boat!!
The key to working with neon colors is to not go overboard. Stick to on or two colors, work around those, and add some black items for balance.

This is my personal workout style, and my workout activity (I dance... a LOT!), so I just had to add something like this here!!
Actually I'm not a fan of leggings (shocker right? every girl is these days!!), I don't really know why honestly. With that being said, sweat pants are my jam!! I love them!! I own (way too) many pairs!! But you can never go wrong with some neutral ones (make sure, if you go for gray, that it is a dark gray, or sweat will stain it... and that is not why they're called sweat pants! you're supposed to sweat in them, not to let the sweat show trough them!!).
As I said, I'm more descrete, so a black/white/gray palette is usually my choice, but I do love some color, so the sports bra is perfect!!
Ok, now that we got the clothes down, here are some ideas for exercising more:
Accept the challenge!

There are tons like these out there!! They're simple, easy to keep up with and they are balanced, since they make you start slow and then progress into a more intense exercice!
Watch YouTube videos!
There are many channels on YouTube that focus on workout and healthy living videos! My personal favorite is Blogilates. Cassey Ho is awesome!!!
But there are many others!! Just find one that works for you, and get sweatin!!
Get out there!!




Weather it is alone, with you family, friends, boyfriend/girlfriend, just get out there!! Go running, go walking, go spend a day in the park!! Breathe the pure air, look at all the beautiful Nature around you, have fun and be active!!
