This is NOT a post about what to get your boyfriend, what to wear on your 14th of February dinner or anything like that!!

Weather you have a BF/GF or not, Valentine's Day is still a day to celebrate and have fun with! It isn't the couples day!! It is the LOVE day!! And love is somethineg to celebrate: EVERYDAY!!

But it's always fun to have a specific day to use as an excuse to make a couple of eccentricities!!

So today we prepared for you a super yummy (and somewhat health consious!) breakfast that you can make for you boyfriend or girlfriend, for your family members, or even for yourself! Who said Valentine's Day can't be an excuse to treat yourself to some extra delicious food in the morning?? Well whoever did, was wrong!!

Here is our perfect Valentine's Days Breakfast, just for you guys:

Combine butter and sugar in a bowl and beat with a mixer (medium speed) untill light and fluffy.

Beat in the vanilla and the egg whites with the butter and sugar mixture.

Gradually add the flour mix and beat (low speed) untill all is combined.

Divide dough in two, shape them into a ball, wrap in plastic wrap and let sit for 30 mins.

Preheat oven to 190ºC.

Unwrap one of the dough balls, set it over a piece of plastic wrap and put another one on top, and roll the dough (which is between the plastic wrap pieces).

Use the cookie cutter to cut the dough into heart shapes and place them in an tray with a baking sheet over it.

Cook in the oven for 10 minutes at 190ºC.

Repeat with the other dough ball.

We hope you have a great Valentine's Day and that you spend it with the people you love the most and who love you as well!

And rememeber: if you are a single girl, do NOT go all depressed and cry your heart out on Valentine's Day!! It is the that of LOVE, not the day of "stay home sobbing and let everyone know how sad you are for not having a boyfriend"!

Valetine's Day celebrates all kinds of love, including love for yourself! So show some of that one, get out there and show EVERYONE how amazing you are and how you are not worried about not being part of a couple this Valentine's Day! What matters the most is that you love yourself!!

(and before you go "it's easy to talk" on us, I - Ella - am actually single right now! And I do still celebrate Valentine's, and I do find it fun, and no I'm not worried I don't have a BF!!)

And for all of you love birds around (Cate, I seeeee youuuuuuu), have a great day with you other half! Hold hands, give presents, be all cheesy and what not! Today is the one day when no one can blame you for it!!!

Most of all: HAVE FUN!!
